Dennis earned a Ph.D. in psychology and, earlier in his career, served as a Professor of Psychology and Management, an industrial/organizational psychologist at the Weyerhauser Company, the Boeing Company, and Microsoft Corporation, and as a consultant to government, non-profit, business, and industrial organizations.
